Citizens of Freely Associated States

Effective July 1, 2024 and forward

The student is a citizen of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau. 

The student may qualify under the Citizens of Freely Associated States Exception if they meet the requirement below:

  • The student is a citizen of the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.

Required Documentation
Provide proof of one of the following:  

  • A copy of your passport for the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.

  • A copy of your birth certificate for the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.
