Contracted ROTC Cadet in Arizona
Effective July 1, 2025 and forward
The student qualifies for residency if they are participating in a Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) program in Arizona and have entered into a contractual agreement to commission as a Second Lieutenant with a branch of the military upon completion of a ROTC program.
The student may qualify under the Contracted Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Cadet in Arizona Exception if they meet the requirement below:

Additional Information
This exception only applies to the student who is on contract, not their family members or spouse.
