If you're eligible, we need your consent to send your transcript to the Arizona community college from where you transferred (free of charge). The Reverse Transfer Program consent form allows you, the student, to opt-in or opt-out of the program at The University of Arizona.
By opting-in, you agree to let The University of Arizona share your academic records with other previously attended two-year academic institutions for the purposes of credit evaluation to determine your eligibility to an associate degree awarded by the previously attended institution.
By opting-out, FERPA protected academic records will not be shared with other academic institutions you attended for the purposes of credit evaluation.
