One submission for each course.
Please attach a copy of the course syllabus in either PDF (.pdf) or Word (.doc/.docx) format. The syllabus must include classroom/course information, the required textbook(s), grading scale, a detailed weekly schedule of lecture topics, the number of lecture hours per week, and, if applicable, the number of lab hours per week.
For courses that include a laboratory component, the syllabus must also provide a weekly outline of lab topics and activities. If this information is not available to you, please contact the course instructor or academic department to obtain a complete syllabus before submitting your documentation.
