RCS Office Hours

RCS is continuing its biweekly office hours this spring to provide personalized, one-on-one support for class scheduling. These drop-in office hour sessions are an ideal time to ask questions and receive guidance on navigating the new class scheduling process and best practices. These office hours are open to all department schedulers (no appointment necessary).

Spring 2026 Open Forum: From Catalog Approval to Degree Completion

This forum explores how decisions made during course development and Catalog approval influence class scheduling, student enrollment, and degree completion. Learn how Catalog setup determines class section structure and enrollment requirements, as well as what data elements can be managed by departments in the Schedule of Classes . The session highlights how alignment across these areas affects student enrollment and progress toward degree completion. Understanding these connections helps ensure courses are structured to support student success from start to finish.
