Identifying Repeated Courses on the Student Record 

A complete listing in alpha order is most helpful when looking at records and then looking for codes. There are many scenarios for how repeat codes may appear on records and adding all of these scenarios may add additional complexity that would create more confusion. 

Repeat codes and descriptions can be seen on student records in the following areas:
