Arizona High School Graduate - Qualifying Non-Citizen
Students who qualify as non-citizen and may be eligible to receive an in-state tuition rate providing they meet the two requirements outlined in Arizona Proposition 308.
Minors Enrolled with McKinney Vento/Youth On Their Own/Arizona Department of Child Safety
Students who are under 18 years of age, can provide proof of physical presence in Arizona, and are either enrolled in homeless assistance services or under the guardianship of the Arizona Department of Child Safety.
Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)
Students who live in certain Western states or territories and choose to study select academic programs, may qualify for a special tuition rate.
