To Receive Undergraduate Credit the Student Must
- Be classified as a senior, or an honor's junior or senior.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- Obtain the approval of the course instructor and the student's major advisor.
- Obtain final approval from the Office of the Registrar.
To Receive Graduate Credit, the Student Must
- Be classified as a senior and is proceeding toward graduation as directly as possible.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- Not plan to use graduate level course(s) toward any Bachelor's degree requirements.
- Obtain approval of the course instructor(s) and department head in the department in which the course is offered.
- Obtain final approval from the Office of the Registrar.
Additional Information for Seniors Who Wish to Receive Graduate Credit
- An outstanding incomplete (course with a grade of "I") is counted as part of the total units outstanding for graduation.
- No undergraduate may take 700- or 900- level courses.
- If you are not sure of your undergraduate degree status, please check with your Graduation Services advisor before completing the Undergraduate Enrollment in Graduate Courses form.
- If you are taking more than 19 units, your college dean's office must approve and adjust the maximum unit limit in UAccess before submitting this form to the Office of the Registrar.
