Resource Guide: Viewing Enrollment Transactions and Enrollment Messages

It is sometimes necessary for staff who are supporting students to review enrollment transaction details and messages. This resource guide explains how to access two UAccess pages that provide details about enrollment transactions. These two pages should be accessible to users with academic advising, department, and college user access roles. 

Look Up Enrollment Transactions

Step 1: In UAccess, navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment Request Search.

Step 2: Enter the Academic Institution: UAZ00 then select the Search button

Step 3: Enter the Academic Career, Term, ID (student's SID), then select the Search button

Step 4: When resultes appear: under Enrollment List, select the Show All Columns icon to view the full enrollment data.

Key Fields to review include: 

  • Enrollment Request Source
  • Enrollment Request Action
  • Enrollment Req Detail Status:
    • S – Success
    • P – Pending
    • E – Error
    • M – Success with Messages

NOTE: To see full details of a transaction (including message text), copy the  Enrollment Request ID (10-digit number), You’ll use this to Review Full Enrollment Request Details.

Note: The Enrollment Request page only displays transactions that came from Enrollment Request, Quick Enroll, or Student Self Service. Automated processes (Block Enroll, Mass Enroll, Post Enrollment Checking, Term Withdrawal, Waitlist Engine) will not appear here.

To view more details for a specific Enrollment Request ID:

Step 1: In UAccess, navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Enrollment Request.

Step 2: Select the Find an Existing Value button

Step 3: Enter the Enrollment Request ID (10-digit number), copied earlier in Step 4 above, then select the Search button

Step 4: On the results page: Review the Enrollment Request Status (e.g., Errors Found)

Step 5: Scroll to the Error Messages box at the bottom to see the exact error or message the student received.
