Using WebReg
WebReg is the University's Web-based class registration tool, accessible through the password protected Student Link.
WebReg allows a student to:

Add classes to and drop classes from their schedule

View their current schedule while making registration changes to it
| Be aware that WebReg is not a course planning tool. Adding or otherwise changing your schedule in WebReg may affect your tuition and fee amounts owed. |
WebReg is available:
Times listed are Mountain Standard Time
Add/Drop Classes
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday
With the following exceptions, WebReg is not available on Sundays:
- During priority registration (7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
- The Sunday before classes begin (from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.), for Fall and Spring semesters only.
$25.00 Course Late Drop Fee: With the following exceptions, a $25.00 late drop fee will be charged to the student for each student-initiated drop and for each administrative drop beginning the second week and continuing through the last day of classes for Fall and Spring semesters. See Dates and Deadlines for specific dates.
Exceptions to the $25.00 Late Drop Fee:
- Does not apply to section changes
- Does not apply to department drops
- Does not apply to Summer and Winter courses
- Does not apply to courses with non-standard start and end dates
- Does not apply to complete withdrawals from the University
Drop Fee Appeal Process: Students who have extenuating circumstances such as a medical emergency, death in the family or legal issues, may appeal the $25 fee. The Drop Fee Appeal Form is available in Administration Room 210 or at the Registration and Transcripts website at http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/registrarforms. Complete the form and attach medical, legal or other documentation supporting your request. Submit the form and documentation to the Office of Registration and Transcripts, Administration, Room 210. You will be notified by email of the appeal decision.

AFTER making any change via WebReg, students are encouraged to:

Verify their class schedule in Student Link

Check their financial information and account balance in Student Link, and clear any outstanding account balance amounts with the Bursar's Office.

Currently, WebReg will not allow students to:

Register a class for audit status; student must consult with instructor.
