Directory Information (Address and Telephone Number)

It is extremely important that the University have your current Directory Information (address & telephone number).

Change/Update your Address & Telephone number

  • Via Student Link (in the "Personal Information" section)
  • By Mail (if not a currently enrolled student)

Types of addresses:

There are four different categories for addresses.

  • Permanent
  • Local/Residence Hall
  • Billing
  • Diploma

You can have a different address for each category, or the same for all the categories.

What gets mailed where:

Note: Official Grade cards are not mailed to students; however, information on how to access your grades is available.

Correspondence that will go to your Permanent address includes:

  • Academic year (Fall and Spring semester) Financial Aid mailed during the summer months (May, June, and July)
  • Diploma (if Diploma address is not provided by the student)

Correspondence that will go to your Local (or Residence Hall) address includes:

  • Bursar's Office checks (including Financial Aid disbursements)
  • Academic year (Fall and Spring semester) Financial Aid mailed during the academic year.
  • Summer Session Financial Aid

Correspondence that will go to your Billing address includes:

  • Bursar's Office bills

Correspondence that will go to your Diploma address:

  • Diploma
