Program and Plan Change Requests

The Student Program/Plan component in UAccess is used to maintain changes to a student's Program, Plan, and Sub-plan information.  This is called the Career Program Plan Stack, or "program stack" for short.  Changes to the program stack are processed by professional advisors and by the Registrar's Office.

Professional advisors can make changes to the student's career, program, plan(s), sub-plan(s) and requirement term.

The Office of the Registrar processes the following for advisors:

 

Program Add/Discontinue Form Use when the student wants to add or discontinue a second degree.
Program/Plan Correction Form Use when you have made a mistake while updating the program/plan stack that the Registrar's Office will need to fix.
