SIS SCREENS

Screen 105- A list of all open sections for a specific course and semester           

Screen 107-A list of enrolled students in a section for a specific semester 

Screen 108- A list of students that have enrolled or dropped the section for a specific semester

Screen 125- Shows the courses’ approval by Office of the Registrar – Course Approval 

Screen 126- Shows subtitle options for Tier One and CRL and some UNVR and LAW courses 

Screen 127- Shows statistics of enrollments for past fall/spring semesters      

Screen 128- Shows history of the course  

Screen 129- Shows special codes along with specific information for open sections 

Screen 131- Allows departments to update Enrollment Maximum, VRR Availability, Delivery mode, and Instructor name

Screen 134- Shows course’s section information for the semester, including meeting time and room assignment       

Screen 150- Allows departments to view a semester specific list of all sections that are offered or have been canceled 

Screen 153- Shows other course’s meeting times, rooms assigned, and enrollment, and available seats     

* If the information in a particular field is unclear, click on the field and press “F2” for an explanation of that field’s options. Use “F4” to exit and return to original screen.
