Centrally Scheduled Room Rental Rates
In order to reserve a Centrally Scheduled Class Room at the University or Arizona, Off Campus Organizations must complete the following:1. Provide proof of insurance to the Risk Management Department.
2. Read and complete the Room Reservation Application from Room and Course Scheduling. Please bring this form to our office in the Modern Languages Building, room 347 or fax it to us at 626-9301.
3. Submit an online Event Request Form. Off Campus Organizations will be charged a fee for the use of Centrally Scheduled Class space and this fee must be paid at least three days before the day of the event.
4. If an Off Campus Organization wishes to cancel an event that has been
scheduled, they may do so with an online
Event Cancellation Form.
