Student organizations that are recognized by ASUA have the opportunity to reserve centrally scheduled rooms on campus through Room and Course Scheduling (RCS).

To be able to reserve a room for a club event, a club must:

1. Have current President and Treasurer information included on the ASUA Approved Clubs list, which is updated with RCS weekly.

2. Turn in a Room Reservation Application at Modern Languages 347. The President and Treasurer should bring their CatCards when turning in the application so that RCS can keep a record on file.

3. Submit an Online Club Event Request Form for the specific date and time of the event.

4. If you wish to cancel a club event, please submit a Online Club Cancel Form at least three days before the event. If you cancel less than three days before the event, your club will be held financially responsible for the room.
