Degree Certification Procedures for Undergraduate Students in the Physiology program
You should apply for your degree in your department office. Your major advisor will notify the Graduation Services Office that you have applied, and a $35 fee will be charged to your Bursar's Office account. Contact your major advisor to find out when they would prefer you to apply.
Your major advisor will review your course work and make any adjustments necessary to your SAPR (Student Academic Progress Report). He or she will send a Senior Degree Check Adjustment Form to Julie Adkins, the Graduation Services Advisor for the Physiology program. Julie will verify that all requirements for graduation will be met once you complete your final semester of coursework.
After your final grades come in, Julie will do a final audit of your records. If you fail to complete your degree requirements, you will be mailed notification.
Feel free to contact Julie Adkins, Graduation Services Advisor for the Physiology program, if you have any questions about your degree audit.
