Degree Certification Procedures for Undergraduate Students in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
You are encouraged to file an Application for Degree Candidacy the semester prior to the term you expect to graduate. You should file your application with Julie Adkins in Forbes, Room 211C. A $35 fee will be charged to your Bursar's Office account.
Make an appointment to see your major advisor for a review of your academic program and to have any necessary adjustments made. Once the major advisor has signed the Senior Degree Check Adjustment Form, you should deliver it (with Student Academic Progress Report attached) to Nancy Rodriguez in Forbes 211B. She will make the adjustments in the computer and forward the degree audit packet to Julie Adkins.
Julie will verify that all requirements for graduation will be met once you complete your final semester coursework. After your course grades are submitted, Julie will do a final audit of your records. If you fail to complete your degree requirements, you will be mailed notification.
Feel free to contact Julie Adkins, Graduation Services Advisor for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, if you have any questions about your degree audit.
